Refunds & Exchanges
1. Returns:
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 99 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at support@bluepacca.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your communication. Once you receive your RMA number, please package the item(s) securely and send them back to us.
3. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply under certain conditions.
4. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please specify your exchange preferences when you contact us about your return. We will facilitate the exchange upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges depending on the circumstance.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@bluepacca.com with photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the item at no additional cost to you. Please report any damages or defects within 30 days of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.

We reserve the right to modify our Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the current policy.
