Refunds & Exchanges
1. Returns:
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 99 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at support@bluepacca.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your communication. Once you receive your RMA number, please package the item(s) securely and send them back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or a defective item.
3. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply under certain conditions.
4. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please specify your exchange preferences when you contact us about your return. We will facilitate the exchange upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@bluepacca.com with photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the item at no additional cost to you. Please report any damages or defects within 30 days of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
6. Return Exceptions:
Some items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene concerns or specific product restrictions. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
7. Policy Updates:
We reserve the right to modify our Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the current policy.
